What we collect

  • Anonymous visitor id. A random id stored in your browser so we can attribute costs and apply free-tier limits. It is not an identity and is never used as a login credential.
  • Account details. If you sign in: your email address, and the display name your provider supplies.
  • Topics you enter. Stored with the generated course so it can be reused by other learners.
  • Usage logs. Which kind of call ran, whether it was served from cache, token counts, and an estimated cost. No lesson text or personal content is logged.
  • Progress. Which lessons you've completed, stored in your browser and linked to your account when you sign in.

What we don't collect

No payment details. Checkout is a placeholder — card fields are validated in your browser for shape only and then discarded. Nothing is transmitted or stored.

Who processes your data

These are the third parties involved when a course is generated:

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and file storage for courses, accounts, and cached narration.
  • Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini models) — receives your topic and lesson prompts to write curricula, lessons, and quizzes.
  • ElevenLabs — receives lesson text to produce audio narration, and powers the "Ask the teacher" voice tutor.
  • Pexels — queried for stock imagery used in lesson visuals. Only a short search phrase is sent; nothing about you.

Don't enter confidential or personal information about yourself or others as a topic.

The shared library

Generated courses are public within the product so they can be reused. Topics our classifier flags as being about a specific person, company, or private matter are excluded from the shared library.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete it: sign in, open your account page, and use Delete account at the bottom. That immediately removes your profile, plan/subscription record, and sign-in credentials, and unlinks your usage records so they can no longer be traced to you. It cannot be undone. Generated courses stay in the shared library, as they contain no personal data. If you can't sign in, ask us through the contact page and we'll do it for you.

Cookies

We use local browser storage for your visitor id, progress, and session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
